Hello! I'm Angela

I am a compassionate healthcare professional who believes that every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and cared for. With experience in patient care coordination, healthcare administration, and direct patient care, I bring both professionalism and genuine empathy to my role as a Patient Care Coordinator.

My passion for caring for others began when I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where I had the privilege of caring for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. Those experiences had a lasting impact on me and taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and meeting people where they are. I learned that sometimes the most meaningful thing you can offer someone is simply to listen, be present, and help them feel safe and valued.

Throughout my career, I have truly enjoyed building connections with patients and helping make their healthcare experiences a little easier. I understand that reaching out for mental health support can take courage, and I want every patient to feel welcomed and supported from their very first interaction. Whether I am helping with scheduling, answering questions, coordinating care, or supporting the care team, I approach my work with kindness, patience, and attention to detail.

Outside of work, I am a proud mom and family is a very important part of my life. My experiences as a mother and caregiver have taught me the value of compassion, resilience, and being there for others during both the easy and difficult seasons of life. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of a team that helps people feel supported and reminds them that they don't have to navigate their journey alone.

Fun Fact

I completed my first triathlon at just 12 years old! I've also always enjoyed being involved in youth sports-I've helped coach youth baseball and basketball and assisted with managing a youth wrestling team. I love being part of a team, encouraging others, and watching young people grow in confidence.
