Refills and Medication Policy


Medications: questions and concerns - please call or text our main line: 720-458-5413, you may leave a voicemail, or you can choose to speak to a patient care coordinator in either location.  It is HIGLHY recommended that you use your patient portal for questions and or concerns that are not immediate. Once you have established your account, you will be able to request medication refills, self-schedule if you missed a visit or if you feel like you need to schedule yourself sooner or later.

Refills - Please provide 72 hours' notice for all medication refills. Last minute requests cannot be guaranteed. 

  • 1. First, look at your current prescription bottle - if refills remain, contact your pharmacy to refill. 
  • 2. If no refills remain, log into your patient portal, select the medication you need a refill from, and request it. As usual, you can always call or text our main line.
  • DO NOT rely upon your pharmacy to contact our office for refill requests, we may receive these notices but not all pharmacies are diligent about this.
