ABOUT

My name is Madeline Wright. I am originally from Ann Arbor, MI, have lived in Colorado for two years with my rescue pup, and enjoy exploring this beautiful state. In my free time you may find me hiking, skiing, or exploring Denver and the surrounding area. I am a nurse and currently work at a crisis center as well as medication assisted treatment clinic for those who suffer from opioid use disorder, as well as a cooccurring mental health condition. I decided to further my education as a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner due to my interest in psychiatry and belief that mental health is a core component of our wellbeing and overall health.

Through working in an ER during the beginning of the pandemic, I experienced firsthand the mental health toll in our community, patients and providers included. Mental health, as well as the mind body connection, is something I am passionate about and hope to share with others through furthering my studies.
