I am the Human Resources support for Mindful Minds Psychiatry. I assist with HR-related matters including onboarding, employment documentation, compliance processes, and employee support as needed.

My role is to help ensure that HR systems and policies are clear, organized, and aligned with best practices, while supporting a professional and respectful workplace environment.

I work behind the scenes to help maintain consistency, structure, and clarity across the practice.

While I am not involved in daily clinical or operational workflows, I am available for HR-related questions and support and work closely with leadership to address employment matters appropriately.

At Mindful Minds, my focus is on maintaining a solid HR foundation so our clinical teams can stay focused on providing high-quality care.

When I’m not working, I love shopping, going for family walks, and spending quality time with the people closest to me. My family is my biggest priority and what grounds me.
