My experience spans HR, clinical operations, and healthcare leadership, where I’ve helped guide teams through change, strengthen patient-care workflows, and build cultures rooted in accountability, support, and growth.

Being with Mindful Minds Psychiatry truly fills me because the mission aligns with how I believe care should feelhuman, mindful, and empowering. As an Office Manager, I bring structure, clarity, and intention to daily operations so our teams can do their best work, and our patients feel genuinely cared for.
