Our Story

Mindful Minds Psychiatry is a local mental health practice in Parker, Colorado Springs, Boulder, Denver, and Northglenn. Started by her own Bilingual Deimys Vigil and husband Army veteran Joshua Vigil. They are two very dedicated individuals that as a couple, decided to spread their positivity and wellness knowledge to the rest of our community.


Along with this,  it is Deimys's vision to ensure that all providers can help their patients manage their medications by finding out what it is the best fit for them. She maintains all providers up to date on psychiatric education to ensure the current approach can be just the right fit, all while including mindfulness and other therapeutic interventions to your everyday life. The goal is to find ways that medications can help individuals take action and control of their life and skills again. 


On their free time (Deimys and Josh) love to connect with their local community fairs, hike, camp, workout, and support other local businesses.
